Request Account & Data Deletion

1. Log in to your PitchStats account
2. Go to Account Settings (bottom navigation bar)
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion — all data is permanently deleted immediately

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to our support address. Include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All match data and player statistics
• All player profiles and uploaded photos
• Body composition (InBody) data
• Scouting evaluations and notes
• Season goals and watchlist entries

Note: Payment and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by financial/tax law. Your email may remain in security logs for up to 90 days (anonymised).
